I've set up several of the photos with a local company - Imagekind - who will print and deliver photos. You can easily select any that you'd like to own and even have them delivered framed and ready to hang. They are one of the few places I could find who use the same printing paper which I like to use. There are several different papers available, I am partial to the Hahnemuhle Photo Rag and the Fine Art Pearl. There is a wide selection of print sizes so you can get some good prints for a good price.

It's available for viewing and purchase from the publisher. Please note that the calendar will come from the publisher without a hole for hanging, so you'll have to add that youself. I also remade last year's for 2015 and have German and Norwegian Madonna 2015 calendars listed at the same site.
